We, in Auburn, are short on inventory and have hit bottom in the low end (under $250,000). Auburn has not been victimized too badly. Sacramento, on the other hand, has many compromised properties. Of course the population difference accounts for this fact also. Our upper end continues to be sluggish as in the $3M+ may have more than 5 years of inventory!
