I have found a serious error when my Windows 7 machine automatically updated my browser to IE9 without my permission. Now I cannot find the way to remove it, so Firefox has become my new browser!
How did this start, you might ask? I was doing work on our WordPress blog when I realized that upon posting, they were BLANK! This only started happening after the supposed “upgrade” to IE9.
For the life of me I cannot find where to roll it back to the older browser version, so I turned it off in Control Panel and installed Firefox. Try complaining to Microsoft… There seems to be no mechanism for feedback, so if they don’t want input from a serious IT professional, then who needs them?

Early in February I got an FTD reminder for Valentine’s Day in my e-mail. So I went to the website and ordered the special deal of 24 roses with a free glass vase. Today I opened the box for my sweetheart and was surprised to find 12 dried up roses and a teddy bear.
When I called customer service, the best they could do was send the correct order in two days thus missing the point of Valentine’s Day. I was so angry, I asked for a full refund and promised to never use FTD again. As a result I am writing this review so others can avoid the anger and embarassment I have experienced by not having the right gift ready for my honey!
In the past I have ordered from Pro Flowers and had a great experience. But FTD? Not a chance!

As this year begins, we anticipate a steady, albeit modest, economic recovery including the housing market.
The government is supporting historically low interest making this a “once in a lifetime” opportunity for credit worthy buyers to purchase a home. We think prices have leveled, but even a 5-10% drop would be more than compensated by interest saved compared to average rates of the past 50 years.
Happy and prosperous New Year to all our friends in the San Francisco real estate market.

From PreviewSFHomes – THE GIFT
For the 4th straight month, the unemployment rate dropped in California signaling a modest recovery. Job growth leads in technology, trade and tourism, followed by education, health, information and motion picture production. Small businesses are on the rise and many of the unemployed have become working independent contractors. Leading the expansion are San Jose, San Diego and San Francisco. The Los Angeles lifestyle still beckons as technology startups have begun to cluster in Venice, now unofficially dubbed Silicon Beach.
In this holiday season, we celebrate the gift, the indomitable American spirit.
We wish our friends in the San Francisco real estate market good health and all happiness.
