Hello Everyone!
Sales volume was down slightly which is typical
for this time of year. However, upper end homes
are still getting quite a bit of activity. Our experience suggests that
this could be one of the best years yet for real estate sales. In fact,
the only drawback is low inventory. President and COO of Coldwell
Banker, San Francisco Bay Area, says inventories
are up from late last year, but are still not back to "normal" levels.
Read his comments on our website.

Our newly constructed
home on a 3 acre lot the Big Island at Kohala Ranch is finished. There
are marvelous panoramic views of the Kohala Coast and the Pacific
ocean, and has been fully furnished and decorated by interior designer,
Arthur McLaughlin. It is now ready for
sale at a price of $2,295,000.
Later this month,
the Coldwell Banker International Business Conference takes
place in San Francisco at the Moscone center. This
is where we meet Elite Realtors from all over the world to whom we can
refer people for real estate in other areas. Remember, if you,
your friends or your family need a property in San Francisco
or a referral in another area of the country, keep us in mind.
In return for the lead, we'll give you a chance to win our Rewards for RE-ferrals
contest.
The February Market Update for January is
available now on our website. We also included January 2004
sales figures to give you an idea of how San Francisco Real
Estate, on average, is dramatically increasing
in value.
