Hello again!

Sales volume was up as expected in February from our typical low point in January. With buyers and sellers getting back into the swing of things, more and more people are ready to buy and sell. Although there are the numerous articles casting a negative light on the Real Estate market in general, San Francisco continues to be strongLow inventories are beginning to ease as more homes are being listed for sale. President and COO of Coldwell Banker, San Francisco Bay Areathe Bay Area is one of the hottest areas because people want to live here. Read his comments on our website. To drive the point home, "Rich Dad Seminars" is hosting a 2 day Real Estate investing event at the Moscone Center at the end of the month.

Our newly constructed home on a 3 acre lot the Big Island at Kohala Ranch is finished. There are marvelous panoramic views of the Kohala Coast and the Pacific ocean, and has been fully furnished and decorated by interior designer, Arthur McLaughlin. It is now ready for sale for $2,295,000.

Our condominium at Kolea on the Big Island is also on the market and pictures may be seen on our vacations page. This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath second floor unit has ocean views and is steps from the pool. It's listed at $2,850,000.

Last month, the Coldwell Banker International Business Conference took place in San FranciscoIt was an exciting event and we are in contact with Elite Realtors from all over the world to whom we can refer people for real estate in other areas. Remember, if you, your friends or your family need a property in San Francisco or a referral in another area of the country, keep us in mind. In return for the lead, we'll give you a chance to win our Rewards for RE-ferrals contest.

The March Market Update for February is available now on our website. We also included February 2004 sales figures to give you an idea of how San Francisco Real Estate, on average, continues to increase in value.
