Hello again!
The National
Association of Realtors has been reporting that Home
Sales are sliding, however,
keep in mind that this is for the United States as a whole. Different
areas have different statistics, and San Francisco continues to be one of
the hottest markets in the country. Low inventories are beginning to ease as more homes are being
listed for sale. President and COO of Coldwell
Banker, San Francisco Bay Area, reports in his mid-March statement that the
Bay Area market seems to be finding
its equilibrium.
Read his comments on our website.

Last month's
real estate expo at Moscone Center was a huge success, indicating that more and more people are becoming
interested in real estate investing and realize that it still has the best
potential for people to build
wealth.
We continue to
be in contact
with Elite Realtors from all over the world to whom we can
refer people for real estate in other areas.
Remember, if
you, your friends or your family
need a property in San Francisco or a referral in another
area of the country, keep us in mind. In return for the lead, we'll give
you a chance to win our Rewards for
RE-ferrals contest.
The April Market Update for March is
available now on our website. We also included March 2005 sales figures to give you an idea of how
San Francisco Real Estate, on average, continues
to increase in value.
