Spring has certainly sprung. The San Francisco Bay area is having some wonderfully warm weather, and with it comes a healthy spring market. Our numbers show that March was slightly better than last year at the same time and all signs point to a fantastic summer real estate market.
Our monthly sales recap for March is now online at our website and the numbers may surprise you if you have been listening to the news media reports of foreclosures and sub prime woes.
My years of experience has taught me to be a good problem solver and sometimes the best thing I can do for my clients is to refer them to the right resources. Recently I had a client think that they would have move twice-- sell their property now and then rent while they waited to buy their next home. But they saw their dream home before they had closed on their condo. I knew a particular lender could understand their unique situation and by referring them to the right lender, I was able to help them buy the home of their dreams and not have to rent and wait to buy. I have a wealth of resources including contractors, decorators, home organizers, accountants, attorneys, and so on that can help you solve your problems or just make your lift a little easier. So if you need help, please ask..... I love to help people solve problems.
