Hello again!

Can you believe that it is almost half way through the year 2006? The sales in San Francisco continue to be contrary to the market in other locations and have stayed strong.  We continue to sell our listings quickly and often with more than one offer. We are not seeing the same frenzy that was in the market place for the last few years but that is a good sign for buyers making it a more balanced market. Sellers who price their properties well and prepare them for market still win big rewards!

As we told you last month, President and Chief Operating Officer for Coldwell Banker, San Francisco Bay Area, Avram Goldman does a weekly market update on our website.

Kathleen Maconald - 415-229-1237

Wcontinue to be in contact with Elite Realtors from all over the world to whom we can refer people for real estate in other areas. Remember, if you, your friends or your family need a property in San Francisco or a referral in another area of the country, keep us in mind. In return for the lead, we'll give you a chance to win our Rewards for RE-ferrals contest.

The  June Market Update for May is available now on our website.  Because of our unique situation in San Francisco, the Real Estate market continues to do well while other areas are seeing a bit of a slow down.

Baseball season is also almost half over.  We know that because Mick told us! With the All Star Break fast approaching, we have a limited number of tickets available to our friends and clients for June. Remember these are first come, first served so e-mail us as soon as possible with your choices.
