Well, the fickle finger of fog has settled over the City as it does this time of year. Warm temperatures inland cause the cool, moist sea air to be drawn into the Bay Area. We call it nature's air conditioning. For this reason things really cool off during the summer!
But not in the San Francisco real estate market. As bad news abounds
on the evening news about the housing market woes, San Francisco seems
to be the exception. Although we are getting a slight slow down as we
typically do this time of year, the higher end is holding steady, and
multiple offers and over asking price offers are still quite common.
