Hello again!

The fog's back. Summer is waning, but the real estate market in San Francisco isn't. Sales for August held steady from the previous month, yet prices continue to creep up. Sellers are seeing fewer multiple offer situations, but selling prices continue to be well over 100% of the asking price. Reports show that marketing times are increasing, however. Avram Goldman, the Kathleen Macdonald - 415-229-1237 CEO of Coldwell Banker San Francisco Bay Area, reports this in his mid-August report.
