Hello again!

The fog's back. Summer is waning, but the real estate market in San Francisco isn'tSales for August held steady from the previous month, yet prices continue to creep up. Sellers are seeing fewer multiple offer situations, but selling prices continue to be well over 100% of the asking price. Reports show that marketing times are increasing, however. Avram Goldman, the Kathleen Macdonald - 415-229-1237CEO of Coldwell Banker San Francisco Bay Area, reports this in his mid-August report.

So if you, or your friends or your family need a referral in another area, keep us in mind. We can give you the name of an Elite Realtor. In return, we'll give you a chance to win our Rewards for RE-ferral contest; a ONE WEEK trip to Hawaii.
