Hello again!

Well, it's officially fall. Unfortunately the weatherman has not cooperated with the warm weather, and we have gone straight to cool and cloudy weather. With Halloween quickly approaching the pumpkin patches are springing up all over the City, and the Trick or Treat candy is already out at the front of the stores!

As we mentioned last month, November is the National Association of Realtors Conference in New Orleans where wwill again meet with Realtors, not just from Coldwell Banker, but from all brokerages around the world to whom we can refer friends and family in other areas. If you or someone you know needs to buy or sell property in San Francisco or somewhere else in the country, keep us in mind. We know a lot of great, reliable agents! In return for the lead, we'll give you a chance to win our Rewards for RE-ferrals contest.

Book signing party for Melodie Bowsher - "My Lost and Found Life"Congratulations to Melodie Bowsher seen here with me at the book signing party for her first book, my lost and found life  published by Bloomsbury. The book is about a young girl whose mother is accused of embezzeling a million dollars and vanishes. The story is set in and around San Francisco.  I really enjoyed it and I wish Melodie great success. It is a thrill seeing friends make their dreams come true!

The monthly September San Francisco Real Estate Market  report is now available on our website.

Instead of waiting for our monthly report, our blog has a weekly report from Avram Goldman, President and COO of Coldwell Banker, San Francisco Bay Area and is also posted on our website. If you would like to receive an e-mail alert when his report is updated, send a note to info@SFResidence.com with "weekly market report" in the subject line. We also post daily on the blog with articles, information and reports about other markets.

  • If you are a seller NOW is the time you need an agent who is experienced with ALL types of markets and knows how to get your property SOLD
  • If you are a buyer you need someone in your corner who knows how to talk to sellers during this changing market to get you the home you desire at the price you want!

Again, we'd like to thank those of you who helped us sponsor Habitat for Humanity. This year was a tremendous success.

Contests

A hearty congratulations to Robert Silva, client of Sylvia Merkadeau and Barbara Snedeker of the San Mateo office. Robert’s card was drawn September 18th for the $10,000,000 Giveaway.
Interest Rates

Foster Weeks does a weekly mortgage report that explains what is happening to rates which seem to have gone down in the last weeks due to the hold that the Fed has temporarily put on interest rate increases.
