Hello again!
Well, it's officially fall. Unfortunately the weatherman has not cooperated with the warm weather, and we have gone straight to cool and cloudy weather. With Halloween quickly approaching the pumpkin patches are springing up all over the City, and the Trick or Treat candy is already out at the front of the stores!
As we mentioned last month, November is the National Association of Realtors Conference in New Orleans where we will again meet with Realtors, not just from Coldwell Banker, but from all brokerages around the world to whom we can refer friends and family in other areas. If you or someone you know needs to buy or sell property in San Francisco or somewhere else in the country, keep us in mind. We know a lot of great, reliable agents! In return for the lead, we'll give you a chance to win our Rewards for RE-ferrals contest.
The monthly September San Francisco Real Estate Market report is now available on our website.
Instead of waiting for our monthly report, our blog has a weekly report from Avram Goldman, President and COO of Coldwell Banker, San Francisco Bay Area and is also posted on our website. If you would like to receive an e-mail alert when his report is updated, send a note to info@SFResidence.com with "weekly market report" in the subject line. We also post daily on the blog with articles, information and reports about other markets.
Again, we'd like to thank those of you who helped
us sponsor Habitat
for Humanity. This year was a
tremendous success.
