The biggest news
this month is the report about October sales figures. Despite the changing
market, sales were strong in all of the categories we track, with prices
of sold homes and condos increasing over 10-15% from the same time last
year! However, remember the closings
in October reflect sales negiotiated in August and September.
Next month may show a different picture.
Other exciting new
is that we have closed on our luxury vacation rental property at Kolea
on the Kohala coast on the big
island of Hawaii. It is in a gated
community at Waikoloa with ocean views and direct beach access.
