Friends and associates!
Can you say "Christmas"? Walking through the stores and seeing holiday decorations really brings it home that 2006 is almost over! This year as an industry we have had a challenging time in real estate. Our San Francisco fall market has begun to show signs of picking up which is a positive way to end the year. And on a personal note, though I have had some health challenges and Mick has had his dental ordeal in 2006, we are looking forward to a fantastic 2007.
We are proud to announce a new search feature on our website which will pull results to queries on keywords from our website as well as our blog. The October San Francisco Real Estate Market report is now available on our website.
After careful consideration, we decided not to attend the NAR convention in New Orleans later this month. We attend so many seminars and events throughout the year that the timing was not optimal. As you can see below we have several new listings which needed our attention. And we feel we already have a stong network of agents in other areas to whom we can refer with confidence. If you or someone you know needs to buy or sell property somewhere else in the country, keep us in mind. In return for the lead, we'll give you a chance to win our Rewards for RE-ferrals contest.
If you know of anyone who may be in the market for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation townhouse on the Big Island of Hawaii, please give me a call. The property is at the Fairways at the Mauna Lani; a newly built end unit in a quiet cul de sac. More information may be found on our website.
