Hello again!

Once again, as business slows down, we get to take a breath and give thanks for all the blessings we have had. Mick and I have traveled since Thanksgiving and were able to see how our investment in Panama is coming along. It's very exciting to be in on something so early in the process! If you have an interest in knowing more about this investment opportunity, e-mail or call us.Janis Stone - 866-224-8024

Back home, the San Francisco Real Estate market is changing: sales were strong in November for all of the categories we track, however, listing and selling prices of homes decreased from October. This could be due to a larger than normal number of price reductions. However, remember the closings in November reflect sales negotiated in September and October. Next month will probably show a even more signs of slowing which is typical during the Holidays.

We returned several weeks ago from furnishing our luxury vacation rental property at Kolea on the Kohala coast on the big island of HawaiiWe also want to take this opportunity to personally thank Arthur McLaughlin for helping us do the decorating. As is true with properties he helps us prepare for sale, his expertise will help us get the best rental price for our unit! So if you know of anyone who wants a luxury vacation retreat, contact us for information or call Abbey Vacation Rentals at (866) 456-4252.

Finally, remember, if you, your friends or your family need a property in San Francisco or a referral in another area of the country, keep us in mind. In return for the lead, we'll give you a chance to win our Rewards for RE-ferrals contest; a ONE WEEK stay in Hawaii at our luxury townhouse condominium. Beginning next year we will be giving away time at our Tahoe City condominium.

Avram Goldman, the CEO of Coldwell Banker San Francisco Bay Area, reports about the changes in the market in his late November report.

The December Market Update for November is available now on our website. We also included November 2004 sales figures to give you an idea of how San Francisco Real Estate, on average, is dramatically increasing in value.
